Doodle Puppy Waitlist, Pricing & Deposits

Thank you for your interest in a White Oak Doodles puppy! Our waitlist lets us plan future litters and match every Bernedoodle and English Cream Goldendoodle puppy with the right family. Our puppies are family-raised in East Tennessee, and we place them with families in Nashville, Knoxville and nationwide. There’s no application to fill out. You can call or text us first with questions, or simply send your deposit to secure your spot, and we’ll give you a call.

Puppy Price

An investment in your best friend for the next 12 to 15 years. Every puppy comes family-raised, health tested, personality matched and backed by our lifetime genetic health guarantee.

All deposits are fully refundable and transferable. Prices may change in the future, but once you join the waitlist, your price is locked in.

How to Join the Waitlist

1. Send your $500 waitlist deposit using any of the options below. Include your last name and the breed you’re interested in.
2. We’ll call you. Prefer to talk first? Call or text 423-534-1535 anytime from 9am to 9pm, and we’ll answer your questions before you send anything.
3. When your litter is born, we’ll contact you to offer a puppy from that litter. If the timing is right, you’ll send the $500 litter reservation deposit. If not, you keep your place for a future litter.
4. At 7 weeks, we personality test every puppy and match you with the right one for your family, honoring your color and gender preferences. Puppies are offered in waitlist order.
5. Go-Home Day! Pay the $1,800 balance and bring your puppy home, or have them delivered by flight nanny or ground transport.

Pay Your Deposit

Use whichever platform you’re most comfortable with. Sending as “Friends & Family” is free. If you choose “Goods & Services,” a card payment or GoodDog, the platform fee is added to your payment.

• Venmo: Send $500 to @Charo-Harrison. In the note, type “[Your Last Name] Puppy Waitlist [Breed].”
• Zelle: Send $500 to 423-534-1535. Zelle doesn’t always work, so please use another option if it doesn’t go through.
• PayPal: Send $500 as Friends & Family to paypal.me/CharoHarrison, or $517.50 if you use Goods & Services (covers PayPal’s 3.5% fee). Add “[Your Last Name] Puppy Waitlist [Breed]” in the note.
• GoodDog: Pay through our GoodDog payment page. GoodDog adds its buyer protection fee, and the page shows the total before you pay.
