The best part is that they come in so many sizes! Full grown Bernedoodles can come in many shapes and sizes, which makes them great for all walks of life. Bernedoodles generally come in three main sizes: Standard, Miniature, and Tiny (or Teacup). Each size has its own unique characteristics, and understanding these can help you make an informed decision.

At White Oak Doodles in East Tennessee, we raise Standard F1 Bernedoodles. Our Bernedoodles typically grow to 50 to 80 pounds and stand about 20 to 26 inches tall at the shoulder as adults.

Weight: 50 to 80 pounds

You know what they say “Go big or go home!” The Standard Bernedoodle is the largest and most impressive! Standards are ideal for families with ample space and those who have an active lifestyle. Standard Bernedoodles are gentle giants, known for their affectionate and playful nature.

Miniature

Compact & Loving

Height: 18 to 22 inches (at the shoulder)

Weight: 25 to 50 pounds

Miniature Bernedoodles are a more compact version of their Standard counterparts. They are perfect for families who want a Bernedoodle but have less space or prefer a smaller dog. Miniatures maintain the same friendly and loving demeanor but in a smaller size.

Tiny / Teacup

Small & Mighty

Height: 12 to 17 inches (at the shoulder)

Weight: 10 to 25 pounds

The Tiny or Teacup Bernedoodle is the smallest variation and is ideal for apartment living or those who prefer a very small dog. Despite their size, Tiny Bernedoodles are still lively and affectionate, bringing joy and companionship to their owners.
